JayTee, on MysteryShopForum, reports that he has had good experience working with their scheduling team:
“I try to do a route at least twice a month, and will ocasionally sneak in a third route. I alternate between the three different gas companies that they do in my area. I do about 75 stations a quarter, and repeat them every other quarter as allowed. If I do them on Monday I have a full tank of gas to work with heading into the rest of the week.
I will also call the scheduling team when we head out on a road trip, and ask what shops they have that may match my planned route. That helps offset the cost of gas when we take the real truck and pull the trailer. Two or three each day on a 8 day road trip is an extra $300 or so. It costs about $80 to fill the gas tank on my F150, so thats 3-4 tanks of gas.”
Of course, your experience may be a bit different, depending on your goals, your location, etc. But Maritz does have assignments available nationwide, and they are well established, with a decent reputation among shoppers.
