KSS International, also known as Kern Scheduling, is a great company to work with. They are a scheduling company, which means they work with dozens of other mystery shopping companies to fill assignments. That means applying to them connects you with all of those dozens of companies.

I highly recommend applying to Kern Scheduling! They are very reputable, and have been around a long time.

About KSS International:

In 1998, KSS International was launched as a mystery shopping company dedicated to helping retail clients ensure that their services goals are being met on the sales floor. Based in Arizona, KSS International employs a staff of professional schedulers, most of which have previous career experience in human resources, recruiting, and other related fields. In addition, the company staffs a team of editors who provide fast turnaround with reports within 24 to 48 hours of the mystery shop. The editors compile a full report to clients who request it.

Since the staff telecommutes from their homes, KSS International assures that there are schedulers and editors in every time zone of their service area in the United States.

All mystery shoppers must first agree to the Mystery Shopping Providers Association’s Shopper’s Code of Professional Standards. In fact, KSS International provides a 100 percent quality completion guarantee to clients. In addition to standard mystery shopping services, the company also provides other services in merchandising, exit interviews, auditing, and more.

In recent years, KSS International’s field of mystery shoppers has performed upwards of 300,000 shops for clients. The company is a member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association. KSS International President and CEO Lorri Kern currently serves on the Mystery Shopping Providers Association Board of Directors, and holds the position of Chair of the Shopper Services Committee.

I am very intrested in becoming a secret shopper. I am currently a realtor but things are very slow and I am looking for a new career. I have owned my own dress shops for many years but when the mall came in Defiance I decided to close up. I also owned 4 bakeries for 20 years so I would make a great secret shopper as I have been involved with many aspects of retail. I live in Bryan Ohio but I am close to Toledo, Napoleon and other cities. Please let me know if you have any work for me
    Thanks so much.

    Judy Hench

Hi I am very new to this and would like to know more about what it takes to become a mystery shopper. I am a criminal justice major at a college in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and this is just the type of work I am looking for to earn extra money. I have reliable transportation and have no problem with working the Tulsa area as well as its surrounding locales. I would be an assett to any company that hires me for their services because I am detail oriented and stay on task until the assignment is completed. I am a 43 year old African/Native American mother of three children ages 23, 18 and 6 and shopping is almost second nature to me for that very reason. Thank you for the opportunity to submit my comments using this forum, take care.

    Victoria
